　　确认待安装处无灰尘、无油脂、无锈蚀、无松动等，表面干燥，如有防潮防腐需求，可适当采取涂层处理，找平层达到要求，基层验收合格。

　　根据建筑实际立面设计和外墙技术要求，弹出门窗水平线、垂直控制线和装饰缝线等，在建筑外阴阳角和其他适当处悬挂垂直基准线和水平线，以确保安装平整度和垂直度符合施工要求。

　　挑选合适的彩钢岩棉复合板，规格和外观尺寸偏差均在规定范围内，裁剪下料后，按设计要求选择复合板横向还是竖向布置（注意横向布置时每块板两个卡件，竖向布置时板上下左右各一个卡件），并用膨胀螺栓锚卡件进行固定，拼缝大小符合施工要求，板和毡的接头对接一定要十分紧密，在多层保温时各十字接缝应交错分开，避免形成热桥和冷桥。
